Informally you can say that you arewrapped upin someone or something. All three of these phrases imply that you are ignoring everything and everyone else.

They were so engrossed with the puzzle they missed my phone call.
There's no pulling him away from the conversation - he's thoroughly engrossed in it.
She's been completely wrapped up in her home life since getting married.
